The Citadel of Bane - 2007-05-06
(Kythorn, 18 of 1374) The group follow the cultists to a huge room with a statue of Bane. There, balconies full of Tieflings and clerics of Bane. On the other side of the room, Theldrik, the high-priest of Bane, command his minions.
A furious battle goes on. The clerics uses they're buff spells, but their offense is not very effective, thanks to Garfield's fear immunity. Troglodyte's Zombies and a Fiendish Ape are summoned, and slowly beaten. Malark go down, but is rescued by a Mirwen's potion. Garras, one of the clerics, is charmed by Mirwen.
After fighting all minions, using most of their spells, and pretty hurt, the party still have to face Theldrik...

The Dark Cathedral - 2007-05-01
(Kythorn, 18 of 1374) As soon as getting down, Garfield is attacked, in the middle of a dark place, by a couple of Tieflings. Fasmo jumps down protected by a featherfall ring, and Malark and Mirwen climb down (Malark is not very successfull). Eventually they drop them, and light the place: a dark cathedral, build inside the mine. Doors bearing the symbols of Bane, Bhaal and Myrkul led out the place, and a creepy dark pool lies on the south. The Tiefling had keys with the mark of Bane, and they go that way.
Entering the domains of Bane, they are welcomed by a group of Skeletons, easily destroyed by the power of faith of Malark and Garfield. But they attract more Tieflings cultists, that release The Beast, a huge Dire Boar, towards the party. After a long fight, they manage to defeat the creature. But all the cultists cry for Theldrik, the Bane's high-priest.
Entering the Dournstone Mines - 2007-04-22
(Kythorn, 18 of 1374) After spending some time preparing for going inside the temple of the Ebon Triad, the group went to the mines. Garfield uses his diplomacy to convince the foreman to let them investigate the mines after hours. They go inside, and met some cultists disguised as miners. They finally get to an elevator, protected by more cultists, easily defeated. They put Garfield on, as Fasmo, Malark and Mirwen lower him down.
Dealing with Balabar Smenk - 2007-04-15
(Kythorn, 12 of 1374) Mirwen get together with Fasmo, Marlark and Garfield in the true tomb of the Whispering Cairn. The sun elf uses his knowledge to open the sarcophagus of Zosiel, a Wind Warrior that fought demons, but was killed by a sphere of anihilation. Inside the sarcophagus, the remains of the warrior: a diadem, a box with a talisman inside, and some horns.
The group goes back to Daggerford, where they met Allustan. The wizard had just arrived from Candlekeep, where he read about Kyuss, the Age of Worms, and the Spawn of Kyuss. He's very concerned about the green worm found with Filge, and Mirwen's news about a cult of Myrkul near the elf village.
The party decides to travel south, to the Blackwall Keep, where Allustan knows the Baroness Marzena Cromm, leader of the keep. But in the way home, Garfield and Fasmo are interceped by an employee of Balabar Smenk, asking for a meet at night in Zalamandra's Emporium.
Malark and Mirwen could not go, so the Paladin and Gnome met the mine manager in the Emporium. There, Balabar asks them to disrupt the activities of the Ebon Triad, a cult of the three dead gods of Fae-rûn: Myrkul, Bhaal and Bane. They're hidden inside the mines of Ragnolin Dournstone, the dwarf.
The Wind Warriors - 2007-03-25
(Kythorn, 9 of 1374) The group step by on Land's Farmstead to give Alastor family a decent burial. After that, they show Filge's head to Kullen, who was very impressed by the group. Going back to the Whispering Cairn, they pass through the Alastor room, and get inside the true tomb of the place. Huge scenes depicting the battle of Calim, showing fire elementals (and clerics of Kossuth) against the forces of the Vaati (air elementals). The pictures also shown the Rod of the Seven Parts been shattered when used against the Efreeti.
Trying to get to the upper chamber, the group summon a pair of Wind Warriors. The group fought bravely, and even with Malark and Garfield been severely hurt, they manage to destroy the creatures.
The Mad necromancer - 2007-03-18
(Kythorn, 7 of 1374) At the top of the tower, Garfield, Fasmo and Malark ambushes Filge, and make him turn the Alastor's little sister bones to them. But Filge bring the band to a trap, releasing several troglodytes and one bugbear zombies. After a huge fight, the necromancer and his minions are down, and all bones recovered.
The Old Observatory - 2007-02-21
(Kythorn, 7 of 1374) The band arrives at the Old Observatory, and after quickly dispatching the necromancer guardians (some Tome Motes), they entered the ruined building. Inside, they met several skeletons armed with poisoned crossbows. The skeletons have the marks of the Red Plage, indicating they belong to Alastor family. The bones of his little sister are still missing and they further investigate the place.
Kullen and his band - 2007-02-11
(Kythorn, 6 of 1374) Arriving at the Land's Farm, near Daggerford, Garfield, Malark and Fasmo discover that the graves of the Land's Family were desecrated, and their remains taken away. Investigating the old house, they find an Owlbear nest, and a ripped arm. The arm had a tatoo from one of the mine managers of Daggerford. Further investigating, they find out that the mine manager that uses the tattoo symbol is dead, but Balabar Smenk hired all his former employees.
These former employees are Kullen, the albino half-orc, and his band. Garfield uses his diplomacy (and some money) to buy the information from the thugs, and founds out that Kullen stole the bones for Filge, a necromancer that is living on the Old Observatory of the city.
Alastor the Ghost - 2007-02-04
(Kythorn, 4 of 1374) Further investigating the north caverns, they find a pair of ghouls in an underwater room. In the creature's possession, they find a red lantern. Back at the sarcophagus room, they met again with Auric and his band, that are leaving to recover from the wounds of the weird face trap.
Garfield figure out how to disable the trap, lighting all the lanterns. The group climb again the ramp, and crosses the mouth of the big face, just to find another strange room, full of iron spheres. A single narrow bridge crosses the place. Fasmo finds out that the place is also trapped. But the room had another inhabitant: Alastor, a ghost. He asks the party to bury his remains with his family's, and promises to disable the room's trap if they do this quest.
With the Beetles - 2007-01-28
(Kythorn, 2 of 1374) Garfield and Malark fought the Mad Slasher bravely, and kill the menace. They got Mirwen back in the group and spend the night in Daggerford. On the way, they know Auric's band, with Tirra and Khellek. On Kythorn, 3, they arrive back in the Whispering Cairn, only to meet Fasmo, a gnome wrestler looking for beer herbs. The small gnome helps the party to reach a hidden ramp behind the indigo lantern hallway.
There, they find a trap: a weird face that blow them away. They luckily resists the wind, and went back. Then they decide to further investigate the north hole, finding the Beetles nest, where they battle a Giant Bombardier Beetle and an acid beetle swarm. They also find some dead Seekers in the beetles' nest.
Back to the caves - 2007-01-14
(Kythorn, 2 of 1374) Mirwen and Garfield went back to the Whispering Cairn, now with the help of Malark, a visiting cleric of Helm, acquaintance of Sherlen Spearslayer. The trio went further inside the ruins, finding a strange sarcophagus.
Investigating it, they found out that the sarcophagus works like a key to different exits to the cave. The first one went to a small room full of statues on the walls, but blocked with a huge granite block. Moving to the next one, they freed lots of acid beetles, and a Mad Slasher.
The Whispering Cairn - 2007-01-07
(Kythorn, 1 of 1374) In the miner city of Daggerford, Mirwen, the sun elf, was learning a lot with the town wizard, Allustan. In the city's garrison, the recently arrived paladin Garfield was making his best to help Sherlen Spearslayer, the militia lieutenant. When Allustan asked his apprentice to look for Sherlen's daughter, Liandra, the sun elf get together with the paladin and went looking for her into the caves at the north, called Whispering Cairns.
There, they fought wolves bravely, but didn't find anyone. They found lots of interesting elemental glyphs, signs of an old civilization, that made the old wizard's eyes shine when he found out. He asked them to further investigate the place, as he went to Waterdeep to learn more about the glyphs.
