Esse mago humano, de cabelos escuros e um tanto calvos, costuma usar uma capa vermelha de gola alta, amarrada com um broche em formato de caveira, por cima de uma jaqueta e calças verdes. Seus cabelos revelam sua idade, com mechas de cabelos grisalhos aparecendo nos lados. Khelled pertence ao grupo chamado The Seekers, uma organização de arqueólogos e pesquisadores corruptos que buscam informação à qualquer preço. Ele está em Daggerford depois de ouvir boatos de ruinas de uma tumba próximos às Cairn Hills, e manipular Auric corretamente para o trio vir para a cidade.
